项目坐落于天津第二工人文化宫内，其始建于 1952 年，历史悠久、享誉国内，被誉为天津文化的原宿地。

本规划通过改造建设形成立意鲜明的园区主题，且能够与目前既有业态并容，并能随着城市核心区域文化度假旅游景区的发展目标不断清晰，将园区整体打造成为集酒店、餐饮、演艺、娱乐、休闲、购物、订制消费等多种模式于一体的新旅游景区。通过植入动漫、创意产业、房车营地、儿童戏水乐园，项目间有机结合，文化与娱乐、观赏与体验，消费与服务彼此间相互包容并碰撞出城市旅游新感受。塑造独有的创意消费理念，既可满足普通消费需求，带动区域经济增长，又顺应国家扶持文化创意产业的相关政策。

The project is located in the Tianjin second Workers Cultural Club, which was built in 1952 and known as original culture place of Tianjin.

The project formed a distinct conception through the transformation of the theme park construction, which could be compatible with existing format and adapt to new developments constantly. This theme park will include hotels, catering, entertainment, leisure, shopping and other modes of consumption by carrying out animation, creative industry, RV-parks, children water parks and other projects. Though this, we will create a unique creative consumption concept which both to meet the general consumer demand and to promote regional economic growth, at the same time, to adapt to the national policy of supporting the cultural and creative industries.
