Why not to make a “wallbuilding” ?... The perimeter grows and becomes thicker and blind from outside. It’s an introvert project, where all institutes like offices, departments and conference rooms are located in this wall turning to the center possessing wide windows. The construction follows the idea of the old shelter in the country. 

In this case the ventilation gap becomes patios with exuberant vegetation and trees create a natural eco microclimate supported by a nest roof to protect from the sun. Grenn, fruit trees, water layers and colorful tiles create a image of EDEN. The perimeter is crossed by several bridges with caffes and other common facilities providing with shadow places downstairs.
