这是一个餐厅的升级改造项目。因为甲方一直有一个百年老店的梦，希望设计能打破常规的就餐、经营及布局方式，给顾客耳目一新的感觉。因此，设计师重着凸显跟餐厅菜系、风格有关的西北特色文化。整个空间结合了演艺互动的元素，营造出音乐餐厅的氛围。在席位的布置上，他们颠覆了食客多餐桌多的思路，主要体现精、静、景的设计意图，让每个空间的顾客在他们自己的席位上既能品到美食又能体验西北的传统非遗文化。

This is a restaurant upgrading project. Because Party A has always had a dream of a century-old restaurant, hoping that the design can break the conventional way of dining, operation and layout, and give customers a fresh feeling, so the designers emphasize highlighting the northwest characteristic culture related to the cuisine and style of the restaurant. The whole space combines the elements of performance interaction to create an atmosphere of music restaurant. In the arrangement of seats, they subverted the idea of multiple tables for diners, mainly reflecting the design intention of precision, quietness and scenery, so that customers in each space can taste delicious food and experience the traditional intangible cultural heritage culture in the northwest in their own seats.

一层大堂正前方的玄关造型完美地还原了山西砖雕艺术，中间运用青砖雕刻出西北菜系的渊源，即是文化的传承又是经典的延续。入户口门厅顶面设置了五个牛皮铜钉大红鼓，寓意五谷丰登、财运旺盛。中庭地面的拼花提取了山西面食文化元素进行铺设，呼应西北文化主题。整个设计不加以任何复杂的元素与改变，将传统中式元素解构、融合现代简约视像，营造空间纯然沉实、古雅自然的东方韵味。大面积引入土黄色黄泥墙材质，使黄土高原文化与人的对话建立在流动的时间与温润的空间之上。空间多处的留白构成了东方意境，呼应着传统东方的雅澹与古朴。

The porch in front of the first floor lobby perfectly restores the brick carving art of Shanxi Province. In the middle of the wall, the blue bricks are used to carve out the origin of Northwest cuisine, which is not only the inheritance of culture but also the continuation of classics. On the top of the entrance hall, there are five big red drums with cowhide and copper nails, implying a good harvest and fortune. The parquet on the floor of the atrium extracts the cultural elements of Shanxi noodles and paves them in response to the Northwest cultural theme. Without any complicated elements and changes, the design deconstructs the traditional Chinese elements and integrates the modern simple visual image to create the oriental flavor of pure and solid space, ancient and natural. A large area of yellow mud wall is introduced, which makes the dialogue between culture and people on the Loess Plateau Based on the flowing time and warm space. The blank space in many places constitutes the Oriental mood, echoing the elegance and simplicity of the traditional East.

室内延续了与外立面相同的视觉感受，沉稳而不孤冷。移步进入，可见之处极大程度地保留了材料本身的纹理和质感。空间各分区对称排布，续写东方的礼序之美。设计师王勇刚总是尝试着抽象提取中国传统元素，把东方的哲学、韵味、意境转化为当代设计手法。他认为，“在空间里，传承运用中式的符号，更能体味东方的美感，用作品诠释设计魅力。”就餐区大面积使用土黄色的黄泥墙材质，两侧的空间引入建筑元素——用小青瓦片堆叠成墙，重现古色古香的西北旧貌，留给前来就餐的人们深深的感动。

The interior continues the same visual feeling as the exterior facade, composed but not cold. Walking into the restaurant, the grain and texture of the material itself are retained to a great extent. The space is arranged symmetrically in different areas, and the beauty of ritual order in the East is continued. The designer Gordon Wang is always trying to abstract Chinese traditional elements and transform Oriental philosophy, charm and artistic conception into contemporary design techniques. He believes that inheriting and using Chinese symbols in space can better understand the aesthetic feeling of the East and interpret the design charm with works. A large area of the dining area is made of yellow mud wall. Architectural elements are introduced into the space on both sides, that is, small green tiles are stacked to form a wall, which recreates the quaint old northwest appearance, leaving those who come to eat deeply moved.

二楼的舞台设计打破了传统的就餐环境，设计师在舞台前方做了一个挑空的处理，四周环绕木制栏杆，融入当下网红元素，让一楼和二楼的客人能很好的沟通互动起来。舞台的两个角落各有一个半开放的包房，安静而更具私密性。
