宁波慈溪周巷镇新区 城市设计
周巷镇新区是杭州湾对接上海的门户和枢纽。新区将建成区域文化休闲目的地、两型社会示范区、绿色文明城镇作为项目愿景。
总体规划以塑造门户形象、宜居水岸生活、精明多元的产品开发、
新旧融合的文化场所、智慧低碳的绿色运营为规划策略，构建两
轴四区的总体城市设计框架。
• 对滨水生态、现有建筑给予保护。
• 强调村镇肌理和尺度的维护和延续，使新区焕发和诠释江南水乡的古韵和生动内涵。
• 注重对开放空间的系统打造，旨在形成具有标识性和地缘感的体验空间序列。
本设计是城市再生设计的尝试。多学科的城市设计对新区未来健康协调发展意义重大。
As the new gateway and Hub town of Hangzhou Bay to
ShangHai. Zhouxiang New district aim to be new regional leisure
destination、demostration zone and green
township.
SPD made the Vision to be"Active Water town".
The design strategies include:
•Regnerate the exsiting building to define
the new image and ennergy.
•Create systematic open space and places
to attract and remain the people.
•Green / Low carbon sustainable livable
communities.
The integrated Methodology lead the project
moving forward target.
