东营鸣翠湖滨水地区城市设计导则
东营河口区是黄蓝经济区的的桥头堡和优先发展地区。鸣翠湖的建设拉开了城市对接区域、跨越发展的序幕。
思朴国际设计小组本着集约开发的原则，在原有概念规划和控制性详细规划的基础上，对区重点地区的开发业态进行了建议和修正。
设计导则从功能分区、建筑界面、天际线、混合度、地块入口、大楼和裙楼的建议、建筑和景观风貌等方面提出了明确的开发控制要求。
城市设计导则也对绿色建筑、渗透率、垃圾处理、绿色能源等可持续发展提出了相关的建议和指标控制。
As the demostration Hub and kick off area to link to the region. The mission of MingCui lakefront Urban Design guideline is improving the construction quality of this strategic Area.
SPD project team optimize the conceptual plan and Regulatory Plan on density and programming for efficient compact development.
The Urban design guideline focus on:
• Districts Character making for high Efficiency
• Skyline / lnterface / Key node
• Public realm and Townscape
• Vertical Mix-use with podium and Tower
• Green Design / LID and sustainability
The project was built completely with this guideline. The project was very successful on market response. Client got very positive evaluation from local citizen and outside tourist.
