With superior natural environment, Jilin new center is located in the northwest part of the city, where the eco-tech zone and high-tech zone joined. Inter-city rail transit accelerated transportation links between the center and Changchun downtown area.

 

Project team made a serious and detailed investigation and analysis on regional land and property market, to quantify the potential of the project comprehensive development and market potential risks. At the same time, we analyzed cost of development and revenue estimate according within different development scenarios so that the owners could carry out the project strategic decision which interface with strategy and technology date of local governments.
