河北赵县综合开发项目前期战略咨询
河北赵县位于华北平原中南部。赵县作为河北省历史文化名城，凭借赵州桥、柏林禅寺、陀罗尼经幢等历史文化遗产闻名全国。项目基地位于赵县城区范围内柏林禅寺东部，业主计划通过整体规划、统一开发，显化及提升国有土地资源的内在价值。 在加强河北赵县区域经济发展的整体性、繁荣该地区经济的同时，发挥本项目土地自身优势，提升城市整体综合开发运营水平。
通过对项目基地的研判，SPD 战略规划团队为业主明确了适合近期开发的思路，并结合禅修主题、田园生态度假主题，把握棚户区改造契机，就近期的开发计划提出总体构想。针对基地内村庄拆迁、土地指标获取，一级开发以及联动开发，项目团队利用模型分析和多种情形模拟的方法，分别测算了不同的开发收益和成本投入，为本项目的实施提供了重要支撑。
Zhao County is famous for its historical and cultural heritage in Hebei Province. Developers plan through the overall planning and unified development to manifest and enhance the intrinsic value of land resources, at the same time, to play the advantages of the project land itself and enhance the overall level of urban development and operational level.
Through analyze the project base, SPD strategic planning team make the recent development ideas and plans by combining with Buddhist Meditation theme, Pastoral Eco Resort theme and shanty towns transformation. Based on village demolition, land acquisition, first level development and linkage development, the project team use the model analysis and a variety of scenarios simulation methods, respectively, to calculate the different development benefits and cost inputs, which provide an important support for the implementation of the project.
