滨河国际新城作为郑州市经济技术开发区的核心，更是郑州发挥“一带一路”战略高地效应的主要承载地。郑州滨河国际新城的可持续发展指标体系系统地整合了城市生态文明建设、智慧城市建设等先进理念，与实践相结合，作为该区域开发和建设的重要依据，统筹指导了一系列具体的绿色市政、水生态环保工程、绿色建筑和文化建筑工程，积极探索创新可持续发展模式，为可持续发展目标从理论到实践的逐步实现奠定了基础，有着积极的指导意义和引领作用。

滨河国际新城可持续指标体系从目标层、体系层、路径层、实施层四个层次对可持续发展具体目标进行细化，并选取相应的控制指标。最终可持续指标体系涵盖“生态健康良好、社会宜居幸福、经济优化发展、文化传承包容、政策共建参与”5 个子系统，21 项目标路径，53 项实施拓展，112 项具体指标。

The International ECO-Aquapolis plays a central development role in Zhengzhzou as well as the main base of "The Belt and Road" (B&R) development strategy. The sustainable index system of the International ECO-Aquapolis provides the key example with positive guiding significance for sustainable development. It integrates the advanced concept of ecological civilization, smart city and so on, combining with practice to be the important basis of regional development and construction. The sustainable index system guides a series of specific projects, such as green municipal engineering, water ecological engineering, green building and cultural construction projects. Meanwhile it explores innovative sustainable development model in order to lay the foundation for achieving sustainable development goals.

Sustainable index system refines the specific goals of sustainable development through target layer, system layer, path layer and implementing layer, as well as selection of the corresponding quantitative index. Finally, the sustainable index system includes five aspects, such as "Healthy Ecology, Joyful and Livable Society, Optimized Economy, Cultural Inheritance, Policy Cooperation", 21 target paths, 53 implement expansions, and 112 specific indicators.
