河北固安都市农业养生科技园总体规划
本项目位于固安牛驼温泉商务休闲区内，基地距离建设中的首都第二机场不足 30 公里，具有较高的交通可达性。项目小组将本项目定位为国际田园休闲产业园，具体目标是建成国家都市农业展示区、华北文化科普教育基地、世界级健康养生目的地、国家级生态文明示范区。
总体规划设计紧紧围绕项目愿景目标和策划定义的森林、花卉、田园三大功能板块，通过南北两个核心建设田园休闲小镇和绿色健康小镇。对基地内田园、水系、林地的重新梳理和塑造构成了项目的特色空间骨架，针对不同客群的不同类型的休闲、度假产品巧妙地排布其间。形成动静相宜、张弛有度的景观风貌和空间节奏。
The project is located in Guan Niutuo SPA business leisure area, with a distance of less than 30 km between the site and the Capital Second International airport. The position of this site is International Garden Leisure Industry Park. The specific target is to build a national urban agricultural exhibition area, North China culture and popular science education base, the world-class health destination and national ecological civilization demonstration zone.
The overall planning and design focused the project vision and objectives of forest, flowers, pastoral to be three major functional zones, which were shown as garden leisure town and green health town on the northern and southern side. Project team reconstructed and reshaped the pastoral, water, forest land of the base. Different types of leisure and holiday products was arranged for different types of customer, which form a landscapes and space combined with activity and inertia.
