唐县经济开发区长古城园区长古城镇总体规划和控制性详细规划
长古城开发园区位于唐县县城南部，总规划面积18.95平方公里。
项目的任务在于评估/整合/合理利用现有土地资源，理顺内外部交通联系，优化土地布局和空间质量，导入新兴产业和人才，提升园区整体形象和综合效益。
项目小组将本项目定位为平原田园特色园区。产业发展主要以本地加工业和承接京津冀产业转移为主。
项目小组坚持以下规划设计特色：

• 集约紧凑的用地布局
• 人货分流的出行环境
• 绿色宜游的绿色田园
Located at the south of Tang county, the site area size is 18.95Km2.
The Mission of project is evaludate the land resource, optimize the exisiting plan and attract potential industry and the talents to improve the overall benefits and proflie of the Park.
SPD project team was positioning project as the flat garden industrial park. the design highlight:
