明仁广场景观设计
明仁公园位于胜利路与明仁大街交叉口的东北角，地处科尔沁区核心地段，是该区域中稀缺的城市公共绿地。在土地利用集约要求不断严格的今日，政府希望通过明仁公园的打造，为城市提供一个呼吸的“天井”，在有限的面积中设计处一个环境良好、绿树成荫、人气兴旺的集约型公共绿地，成为通辽人民未来生活、休闲、游憩的首选场所。
• 景观结构：一轴、两心、多聚焦
• 将城市花园与水系，打造成景观主轴
• 创造运动休闲、商业购物、科普教育的景观空间
Mingren Plaza located in the core area of Horqin District and is the rare green land of the district. The plaza was defined as a breathing “Patio” for the city which means creating a compact public green within limited land. The plaza will be a destination of entertainment and leisure.

• City garden and water system is the main axis
• Create sports, leisure, commerce, shopping, education functions
