北戴河七里海滨海地区概念规划
七里海滨海地区位于秦皇岛市北戴河新区，随着京津冀一体化战略将全面促进区域协同发展，项目将成为受益首都资源与产业辐射的重要节点。项目致力于塑造生态文明创新示范区，并通过独特的空间和场所、灵动的规划结构、零碳的基础设施设计、引领性建筑和景观设计实现区域旅游度假核心的目标。
SPD 团队立足区域资源本底，通过区域用地适宜性与生态承载力分析，确定场地开发建设范围；同时，利用多样的空间形式、功能组合，实现滨水空间、湿地生态、会议会展、休闲度假、金融服务等业态类型充分融合，实现项目整体有机发展。
Qilihai area is located in Beidaihe New District, Qinhuangdao. Along with the comprehensive development of economic integration in Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, the project will become an important node with benefit from the capital resources and industrial radiation. The project is committed to build a demonstration area of ecological civilization, and through the unique space, smart planning structure, zero carbon infrastructure design, leading construction and landscape design to achieve the core objective of regional tourism resort.
Based on the background of regional resources, SPD team achieved the scope of site development and construction through regional land suitability and ecological carrying capacity analysis. At the same time, we realize fully integration of waterfront space, wetland ecology, convention and exhibition, leisure vacation, financial services and business types by using various forms of space and functional composition, finally to achieve the overall organic development of the project.
