秦皇岛国际艺术休闲港概念策划
规划中的秦皇岛国际艺术休闲港位于秦皇岛市海港区，未来将承接京津冀资源整合与产业转型的给予，发展海洋文化与海洋运动产业。项目定位为海丝国际文体集聚区，未来将成为首个中国世界级航海赛事举办地、秦皇岛世界艺术双年展举办地、世界艺术旅居创作地，国际性的艺术休闲港区。
规划将以航海赛事与海丝文化为核心，构建四大功能区：
• 国际航海运动中心
• 海滨休闲风情区
• 文化休闲产业集聚区
• 海丝文化广场
预计未来项目每年将吸引游客超过 300 万人次，预期收益将达到 24 亿元 / 年。
Located in the harbor area of Qinhuangdao City, the project will develop marine culture and marine sports industry by undertaking the integration of resources and industrial restructuring of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebe. Project defined as Haisi international sports gathering area, which will become China's first world-class sailing events field, Qinhuangdao World Art Biennale exhibition field, the world Art living-and-travelling creation field and International Arts and leisure field.
Plan will build four major functional areas based on sailing events and Haisi culture as two cores:
• International navigation sport center
• Seaside leisure area
• Culture and Leisure industry assembling area
• Haisi Cultural Square
The project is expected to attract more than 3 million visitors each year, the expected revenue will reach RMB 2.4 billion per year.
