The site was destroied by stone mining over past 10 years. Ugly/grey/deserted was the first image to the visitors.
Client invited SPD to deal with the challenges of the project, create a integrated cultural complex with Park/scenary/communities.
SPD project team optimize the exisitng site and adressed the developing strategies:
• Attractive stage for spread Art and culture.
• Modern Incubator for cultural industry
• Livable art villages with human care
• Mining park with Eco-repairment
• Samrt park with Sustainability
