合肥国家广播影视科技创新实验基地总体规划设计
基地面积 11 平方公里，依托国家广播影视科技创新实验基地，以高品质、低容积率、生态型、国际化为方向；与滨湖新区建成区横平竖直、高楼大厦错位发展，大力培育创意文化、健康休闲、信息服务、金融服务等产业，形成生态型总部聚集区，成为合肥未来 10-15 年最具魅力的城市新空间。

总体规划以在地特色圩田景观与水为再生骨架 , 构建文化生态遗产系统 , 建立适宜的街网和连续的绿道系统 , 通过特色组团的混合开发 , 打造引领未来的国际品质生态文化新城。
Base on the national Radio, Film and Television innovative Base, Local Government position this strategic project to be High quality/ Low Density/ Ecological / International orientation. Breed creative industry /Health leisure / Information service/ financial Headquater gathering area, become the best attractive new space in 10-15 years for Hefei city.
