高青县一带一城三区概念性总体规划
高青处于山东省规划黄河旅游发展轴线的中心位置，具有串接以及辐射带上沿线城市的关键作用。黄河旅游带的规划也将高青提高成一个国内外的旅游目的地。
高青未来发展应立足于黄河和齐文化特色资源，依托其优秀的本底生态及景观资源，带动和完善黄河旅游带整体发展 ; 借势区域交通设施的完善，拓展区域影响范围，分享京沪中高端市场。
以“悠游黄河畔 慢享高清城”为愿景，围绕马术度假、黄河农耕、文化养生、慢城休闲四大主题构建高青全域的特色旅游产业集群，打造“中国领先的黄河生态文化度假目的地”“环渤海地区畅享品质生活之魅力慢城”。
Gaoqing is located at the central place of Yellow River Tourism Development Belt proposed by Shandong upper planning, as the key role of radiating cities along the belt. Meanwhile, Yellow River Tourism Belt promotes Gaoqing up to a national and international destination.
The future development of Gaoqing should be based on the characteristics of Yellow River and Qi cultural resources, along with its excellent ecological and landscape background to uplift the overall development of Yellow River Tourism Belt; by improving regional transport facilities, to expand regional influence, share the high-end market of Beijing and Shanghai.
Taking the vision of “Promenade Yellow River banks, Enjoy High-definition City of Gaoqing”, and four industrial themes of “equestrian holiday, Yellow River farming, culture and health, leisure slow city” to build overall characteristic tourism industry clusters, to create the image of “China’s leading Yellow River ecological and cultural holiday destination”, “High-quality charming slow city in Bohai Sea area”.
